Why was I drawn back to BMW? The attention to details, excellent customer service, awesome maintenance support, and the relationship you built with me during the very first BMW sale over 5+ years ago did the trick. I love how the titles (General Manager and Sales Manager), did not make me feel uncomfortable. I saw JIMMY and LLOYD as old friends and experts in the field, who were willing to get in the trenches with me and fight. I was happy to be back home with my family. I did not feel like a number, quota, or conversion, I was a potential client trying to find a car and with all the leadership and guidance, a plan came together in 3 days. Rob's smile and enthusiasm made the vehicle presentation a hit as well. Again, thank you for the combined efforts!!! More

I called the dealership earlier in the day to talk with a saleman regarding a new BMW we were interested in. He keep me informed all afternoon by text so when we came arrived in the afternoon he had already done all the leg work. He was so kind, knowledgeable and informative regarding the BMW. Mr. Lloyd is definitely a man of integrity. He possesses the characteristics of a great salesman/manager. Although he was the manager, he made it personal. He allowed me to gain a rapport, build trust, and make a decision based on what I wanted as well as what I could afford. I am impressed and I love my x328i. Ryan Thomas, the salesman never looked at his clock nor did Lloyd. Patience was so obvious . Being a woman, selecting a car is tough. Yet they explained every detail of the car and addressed all of my concerns. When I walked in to BMW , I wasn't sure about purchasing a car. However, after being treated like queen, I purchased my dream car. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Mr. Llyod stayed after hours to explain every detail of my car the day I was picking it up. He even suggested that I call if I had questions about the car.
