You never feel like they're competing to be the salesperson, it's very much a team effort I honestly think all of them talked with me or answered a question for me throughout the afternoon. Marc, my salesperson, took plenty of time explaining all the features after the sale & making sure I understood everything, even as closing time approached, he didn't try to rush through the process, you could tell he wanted me to fully understand how everything worked. Lloyd, the sales manager also spent plenty of time explaining all my options for upgrades, payments & which options might be best for me, always letting me decide and not making me feel pressured to choose a certain way And I have to compliment the service department as well, each time I've visited, they're very promt & friendly, explaining everything they did & offering advise on what might need done in the near future, but never making me feel they were pushing me to spend more $$ The Turpen brothers have an awesome dealership that you can tell is built on being honest, hard working & caring people who truly want the best for their customer. We negotiated a great price by telephone and when we got there the Sequoia was everything our salesman, Marc Anderson, had promised. It was a low-mileage, 2017 model that was in beautiful condition. It was a Toyota Certified vehicle, and the dealer also gave us a great deal on an extended warranty contract. Marc took care of all the details, helped us with financial arrangements through our out-of-state credit union, and patiently answered our many questions. He took us for a long test drive, showed us how many of the electronics worked, programmed in our home address on the navigation system, and off we drove. The service we received was outstanding and we love our new Sequoia, which is exactly the way it is supposed to be. Not a fairy tale, but a true life story. And Marc from Toyota of Somerset made it happen. We loved the hospitality at the dealership and everywhere we went while we were in Kentucky. More
