My review is from an organization/system stand point, the sales department is a system inside of a bigger system, base in the result on how you interacted with the other systems like Service and the Business sales department is a system inside of a bigger system, base in the result on how you interacted with the other systems like Service and the Business/Registration System I am a satisfier customer…but there is room to improve… because of the look or the accent don’t assume the customer want to do business in a different language, or at the time of payment and registration you are not going to understand at what point you are transferring the risk and when the ownership…I was close to walk away but I didn’t want Darlene to lose the sale…well until I got the loaner car … it was not in a condition to delivery to a customer, it didn’t represent the “GARAVEL” brand name. Thank you Darlene, you did a good job, next time put a litter more pressure on your inside resources so they have everything ready for you. More

Darlene goes above and beyond. Our experience buying a used Subaru was made a positive one thanks to Darlene's care, transparency, and professionalism. On our first visit to Garavel Our experience buying a used Subaru was made a positive one thanks to Darlene's care, transparency, and professionalism. On our first visit to Garavel (originally found via a Cargurus.com search, we made the 45-minute drive from our home in NYC) we realized the car we'd come to see wasn't a good fit for us. Darlene asked some good questions, quickly took our measure, and then showed us a couple of other candidates that more closely fit our feature and pricing requirements. We left without a car that day (but with contented stomachs thanks to her recommendation for good local eats) but she kept us in mind and followed up during the next week with a couple of low-pressure emails informing us that something had come in which she thought would be perfect for us. We put down a deposit to hold it and drove up again the next weekend. Darlene accommodated our request to bring the car to a local mechanic for a prepurchase inspection, and in the end we made the decision to buy. We had a few logistical issues re: returning our rental car, getting a bank check, etc., but Darlene and sales manager Logan worked with us to find creative solutions and we were able to have the car detailed and drive away as proud new "parents" the same day. After we left, Darlene followed up to make sure we were happy with the car and continues to be extremely responsive to any questions we have. All in all, we warmly recommend Darlene: an attentive and genuine professional. More
