They made the whole car buying experience fun and painless. I bought a preowned vehicle, and they made certain it was detailed so well that everyone thinks I brought home a new car. No matter what was asked of Sam, he got right on it and took care of it efficiently and with the most positive attitude! The day I arrived, Logan brought me a hot chocolate! Just a warm and inviting crew. I live two states away and it was worth the trip. I found my car online and Garavel had it listed for about $1500 less than other dealers in my area. Once I was there they gave me an even better price with no haggling. I feel like I was given the royal treatment! I really appreciate everyone behind the scenes too, as they are part of this efficient dealership. I couldn’t be happier. More

Excellent! I recently purchased two cars within three months of each other from Garavel Subaru. Both times I worked with Sam Moskow. I found Sam to be very pro I recently purchased two cars within three months of each other from Garavel Subaru. Both times I worked with Sam Moskow. I found Sam to be very professional and easy going. He helped me find the right car for my sister and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to come back and buy a car for myself three months later. This was the first time that I have bought a used car off of a lot and I was very distrustful at first but Sam quickly won me over. He is a straight shooter. I also enjoyed working with Sam's colleagues in sales; Logan Hankins, Jeff Nunez and Joe Wiatzyk. I have to say I am very impressed with the entire Garavel team. They really surprised me on more than one occasion with their dedication to service and honesty. I did end up bringing my car back in for a minor issue soon after purchasing it and Garavel picked up the bill under their own 90 day warranty that came with the car. The Garavel team took great care of me from the Sam and Logan in sales to Technician that diagnosed and resolved the problems to Maegan Collazo in Service who communicated by phone and email with me to schedule the service. Great people, facilities, and prices. We did our research and found our perfect car, but were hesitant about having to go to a dealer. Garavel dispelled that. Logan and Jose did their jobs well and were exceptional. The atmosphere of the office was great; I could get work done while I waited and have breakfast, too.
