Our 2 daughters were given sweets and hot chocolate while we were doing the paperwork , the $30 missing from our bank transfer from the UK were offered to us, the car was handed over to us extremely clean and shiny. 5 stars all round! He was attentive, thoughtful, and with an ever-smiling pleasant demeanor, didnt waste my time or his showing me cars that would not be suitable. He helped me find “my” car. Sam put the deal together and, yes we hit a snag or two, but none were his or Garavel’s fault (grrr...insurance) Ever person I dealt with there from Cory to Fumi and Logan and Tom and of course San, was patient, kind and helped me make a good deal.
