Logan Lane -- Highly recommended! Although I didn't purchase my Acura at Crown Acura, I go there for my routine maintenance because I know and trust the service consultants I work with Although I didn't purchase my Acura at Crown Acura, I go there for my routine maintenance because I know and trust the service consultants I work with. I always schedule with Logan Lane as he is knowledgeable, empathetic, and gives a high level of customer service every time whether it's a small request or a handful of needed services involving a loaner vehicle. Logan advises, but doesn't push or pressure for any type of gain; he's down to earth with his customers. He is sharp when it comes to needed services and what is necessary vs. what services can be put off until it's within my budget. Thank you Logan! More

Trustworthy and Professionalism I met Service Consultant Logan Lane for the first time when I arrived to have my car serviced. My primary consultant was out for the day. Mr. Lane was I met Service Consultant Logan Lane for the first time when I arrived to have my car serviced. My primary consultant was out for the day. Mr. Lane was very helpful and professional while going over the needs of my car. He gave me a detailed printout of exactly what needs to be repaired or replaced as a priority and explained it. He also informed the that he did not rotate my tires because they needed to be replaced nor will he charge me for the service. Now I appreciate his honesty because some would have charged me and sent me on my way. I appreciate Logan’s honesty and I’ll definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a trustworthy and honest Service Consultant at Crown Acura in Clearwater, FL. More

Mistreatment of employees by manager. I am a two Acura family. I have been buying and leasing at Crown Acura for over a decade. I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the I am a two Acura family. I have been buying and leasing at Crown Acura for over a decade. I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the service manager berate an employee. I was sitting in the service area waiting to be greeted. The manager said to the employee that "we are playing football, not golf".He went on to exclaim that this was "a team sport" and that his failure to generate revenues via "up charging" was not only letting himself down but the whole "team". The manager also said how this individual was "killing" him. I have never had a bad experience in the service or sales departments. Service in all fields of business, law and medicine are based on trust. My recent experience gives me some doubts! More

Over the phone, he told us what colors are available. After we had settled on buying an MDX, he accompanied us on the test drive. He showed us various features, including the new features that have been added over the last few years. He demonstrated how to use the new features. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Even after we had narrowed down our purchase to two options, he told us which option would get us the best deal. After the purchase, I went to him in the next few weeks to clarify the use of some features. Again, he was very helpful and punctual. My rear window needed to be fixed and he promptly arranged with the service technician to attend to my problem. I recommend Gary Scott very highly. More

Unlike the usual routines practiced by many "other" dealers that can leave you disappointed and sticker shocked, Crown Acura makes the car buying experience exceptional because the focus is on you as a customer and hopefully future Crown family member. They really do take the time to listen and qualify what your needs are and how they can make it happen. John was very understanding, passive, and truly cares about you and not your wallet! Awesome service! I had my car inspected after getting a notice for a recall and Julian took great care of me and my vehicle! He kept me informed of what to expect, wha I had my car inspected after getting a notice for a recall and Julian took great care of me and my vehicle! He kept me informed of what to expect, what they’re checking for, and if there were any additional costs. Julian was also considerate to inform me as to what to expect in terms of future costs for other maintenance that I could do now versus in the future. I was very pleased with my service.
