My name is Gordon Parsons. I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada wintering in Largo. While here I encountered problems with my 2017 Acura MDX. The alarms were going and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I took it to Crown Acura where the service I received was second to none. My service advisor was Logan Lane. He filled out all the paperwork and set me up with a Loaner Vehicle. I was on the road with a Loaner within 1 hour of arriving at the dealership. The next day Logan called me to advise me of the problem and the repair. Parts had to be ordered from Canada. He kept me advised of the anticipated delivery and repair. The vehicle was repaired promptly on receipt of the part. The whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. I would strongly recommend Crown Acura service advisor Logan for a job well done More
