Buick Oil Change I took my 2012 Buick Enclave in for an oil change. I was greeted by Trevor a lot attendant and escorted to Logan Lane - who handled the rest of the I took my 2012 Buick Enclave in for an oil change. I was greeted by Trevor a lot attendant and escorted to Logan Lane - who handled the rest of the transaction. I was offered a water and a comfortable place to sit while my car was being taken care of. I was also offered a tire rotation. Kyle Noble went above and beyond to help us buy a car within our very short time frame and when that car didn't work out he exceeded our expectations Kyle Noble went above and beyond to help us buy a car within our very short time frame and when that car didn't work out he exceeded our expectations in helping us find another car! I will definitely use Kyle's assistance when buying my next car. Logan repaired a dent in the car that was done before purchase. While Logan worked within our time frame Crown provided us with a loaner vehicle. Logan also repaired the bumper after I was rear-ended after purchase. The car is a few years old and looks brand new thanks to Logan! More
