Chris patiently waited until we reached out to him in the past couple weeks when we were ready to purchase. Very fair price on our trade-in vehicle and the negotiation on the new vehicle was quick and easy and made every effort to meet our requests. Highly recommend Crown Acura and specially working with Chris for your new car needs! We will definitely be back. Also, it is worth noting the way we were treated by the service department on my wife’s previous vehicle was a big factor in coming to Crown for our new car needs. The service department is excellent and treats you like they want you to come back again and again to be totally satisfied. Spectacular service I had such a great experience when I went in to ask about services last week with Logan Lane. The great connection with him actually made me cancel my appointment days later and go back to Crown Acura. When I arrived to pick my car back up John Shaw took care of me and I felt even better about my experience because Logan mentioned something that made a connect to the first time I went. John Shaw spoke to me about upcoming services that will be needed and didn’t pressure me into anything but made feel obligated with his knowledge of the services and warranties. John and Logan made me feel at home away from home being that I moved from New York City 1 month ago. GREAT GUYS I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND RECOMMEND. More

From the start he w On May 20th I went to Crown to look for a new or used auto. My grandson Logan is the Service Manager Abe he introduced me to Kyle. From the start he was very personable and professional. I explained sort of what I was looking for and he and my grandson put me in an AWESOME “gently” used Hyundai Sonata. I fell in love with it immediately and wanted it. Kyle spent a few hours with me getting everything signed, transferred, etc. and at the end, delivered my “new to me” car sparkling clean with a full tank of gas. During this entire transaction he was very pleasant, extremely professional and gave me such a great deal, even my grandson didn’t believe it. This car should last me a very long time, but should I ever want to change, I will definitely return to Kyle. He made a sometimes difficult process seem like a walk in the park! I would highly recommend his services to anyone searching for a car, plus he has proudly served our country as a Marine! How can you go wrong!! More
