When I did not have time to wait for a wash, my service advisor Logan let the service department know that I’d be coming in at a later date when he was on vacation to receive my complimentary wash. Not only did he let them know I was coming, but when I was late, Jeremy reached out to let me know that the offer still stood, and they’d be happy to accommodate me whenever I had time. Excellent follow through from both service advisors. More
