Lokey VW sales staff makes BIG THINGS happen! My family and I needed another fun and super reliable vehicle. The only way to go was to get with Geo Cotto, our sales guy, who has a ton of sales exp My family and I needed another fun and super reliable vehicle. The only way to go was to get with Geo Cotto, our sales guy, who has a ton of sales experience and a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry. Within a weeks time, we were driving our brand new Jetta. Amazing work, my hat's off to Geo and the rest of the Lokey VW crew. Thanks guys! More

Customer Service The most frustrating thing is trying to reach anyone. I have Let the phone ring over 5 minutes several times in a row and no one answers. This needs t The most frustrating thing is trying to reach anyone. I have Let the phone ring over 5 minutes several times in a row and no one answers. This needs to be resolved. I have spent over $6,000 in repairs, including getting a new transmission and continue having the same problem. My car has been left there for over a month and the answer I get is that you have only one technician that works on hybrids. I’m not sure if this mechanic has even ever fixed the problem or had me replace the transmission because that was a $5,000 job and the warranty had just expired the month before. Anyway, you need to either get more personnel, so the phone doesn’t ring forever unanswered, and you need to hire a mechanic that know how to work on hybrids, if you’re going to sell hybrids. I’m very frustrated with your dealership. Btw, your phone has been ringing the whole time I’ve been writing this review and this is the 3rd time I’ve called and let it ring. More

Excellent Customer Service Went in for the Express Service on Saturday morning and was greeted well as soon as I walked in and was updated multiple times as to the expected time Went in for the Express Service on Saturday morning and was greeted well as soon as I walked in and was updated multiple times as to the expected time of completion which was very accurate. In and out in less than an hour which included the car wash. Great Friendly Service. More

Oil change I have to drive all the way from Bradenton/Sarasota are at least you would think that they would rotate your tires(25.00 rotation fee) with the free o I have to drive all the way from Bradenton/Sarasota are at least you would think that they would rotate your tires(25.00 rotation fee) with the free oil change for life. Plus they ask you if you want your carwashed. Did I recieve that, nope.so I went back to ask and he got it in right away and five mins. later. the car was not done well at all so on a scale of 10, they would get a 2 maybe. I definitely am not a Happy Camper. More

They put up with my indecisive in such a manor that honestly, I’ve been telling everyone where I purchased me Golf R and have been referring everyone to Lokey VW. They gave me Thebes best price on both the vehicle and my trade ins. Even after a little hiccup on my end the general sales manager made it happen for me and I’m forever thankful. Seriously a wonderful experience and If I had to do it again I wouldn’t want it any other way. Thanks again Lokey VW for everything you did for me. You guys are the best. More

4 hour wait I was given an estimate of 1 1/2-2 hours on my service appointment. It took 4 solid hours, and they weren’t terribly apologetic about it, either. CPO warranty is misleading No where on the CPO we recieved does it state that every time you have to bring the car in for warranty work there is a $50 deductible. It clearly sa No where on the CPO we recieved does it state that every time you have to bring the car in for warranty work there is a $50 deductible. It clearly says it covers 100% of parts and 100% of labor. If we have to bring it back in 3-4 times in the first year of ownership and have to pay $200 in deductibles, how does that equate to 100% covered. The deductible should be on the sticker of the CPO, not buried in fine print in some other document that was never delivered at sale. To me 100% covered means $0. Very shady at best. More
