Money pit Get ripped off in the sales department. After getting another high quote from service department to fix what needed to be done on my Jetta, I decided Get ripped off in the sales department. I have had many people tell me vw cars are money pits and I didn’t believe them, but after having one and putting so much money into fixing it, I started to believe them! Last time I’ll get ripped off! More

20,000 mile service, oil change Very quick service, especially for a busy Saturday. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that I had asked to have the inside of my car vacuume Very quick service, especially for a busy Saturday. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that I had asked to have the inside of my car vacuumed. The inside was never vacuumed and the outside wasn’t washed which it usually is. I didn’t go back in because they were super busy. Just a little disappointed, especially since I had cleaned the inside out for this to be done. Other than that everything was great. More
