Brook Kepfer delivered the car and explained all the features. Recommend both of them! One thing to keep in mind is the service packages they offer. When we bought the CRV last year we got the 10-year maintenance included, with oil changes and tires. They are great in explaining what is include in the service but not very good on explaining what else you will need to pay when doing something. Took the CRV today for a service and was charged for balancing the tires. The included service in the package was rotating the tires not balancing them which in my engineer mind doesn’t make any sense to have those separate. Had to pay extra for it... Make sure you negotiate and get everything in writing when buying the package with the Finance department. More
