Lorena Ortiz is a very knowledgeable saleswoman and experienced. She helped us through the process and showed us several options. Spoke in advance of visit with one of the managers to make sure dealer would honor National Lexus program. Did not want to waste time. Manager ended up assigning us to a sales associate who sent in adva make sure dealer would honor National Lexus program. Did not want to waste time. Manager ended up assigning us to a sales associate who sent in advance of visit video of the wrong car for the car invoice that manager emailed to us. Called manager who apologized and stated things happen, don't worry, come in and we'll get you what you want for the price you want. Arrived to showroom and met sales associate who was disinterested in helping lease the car of desire. Lack of knowledge on product and seemed lazy. Tried to upsell to more expensive model. Once ready to move forward with lease on desire car, was delivered much higher number than promised on phone. Typical hoodwink situation from dealer. Very unpleasant. Left dealership. Following day placed call to Craig Zinn, dealer owner and Vladimir Keslin, General Manager. NEVER received a call back from them or their assistant despite multiple attempts. Finally a new car sales manager called because they wanted to make some deal since we left. After a back and forth, we made a deal but the experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you want to fight for a deal, come to this dealership but if you don't want to haggle and prefer great service and professionalism call JM Lexus who we dealt with in the pass and had good experiences.
