There service department was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I set the appointment up for an 8 AM appointment, got in Ms. Lori did advise me that the Technician that does the diagnostic does not c very helpful. I set the appointment up for an 8 AM appointment, got in Ms. Lori did advise me that the Technician that does the diagnostic does not come in on Saturday but she did set me up for Monday. I left the car with them do the diagnostics By midday Monday I had the results of the issue. Definitely will return if need be. Very professional people. A little pricey but not if you think about the the people that pay out of pocket to go to school for this profession. Thanks Stan McNabb. Keep up the awesome work... More

The Service Department went far above what you would expect. I had knee replacement surgery so they knew it was difficult for me to get around so they picked up my vehicle at my office, changed the oil expect. I had knee replacement surgery so they knew it was difficult for me to get around so they picked up my vehicle at my office, changed the oil, etc. and washed and vacuumed the interior. Wonderful helpful people. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and the customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to see Stan McNabb of Columbia. More

I felt that I was overcharged for a service. I replied to a customer survey from the owner and received a call the same day. A acceptable charge was agreed and I was sent a check for the difference.
