Battery Down! Needed service right away Car was parked in home garage and wouldn't start. Could tell from the sound when attempting to start that it was the battery. Finally did get it to Car was parked in home garage and wouldn't start. Could tell from the sound when attempting to start that it was the battery. Finally did get it to start and drove it to Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia. When we told the Service Manager the issue was the battery, they said that was an emergency and took our vehicle to the mechanic area. We went to the Parts Department to pick out a battery. They kept our vehicle overnight so they could complete a 27 point Courtesy Inspection. Very courteous personnel and very happy with this service facility. More
