Many thanks to Lori for her excellent customer service and patience with us. We went in to test drive a GLA300, but it turned out to be too small for our needs. Lori quickly pivoted to the larger GLC300, and patience with us. We went in to test drive a GLA300, but it turned out to be too small for our needs. Lori quickly pivoted to the larger GLC300, which was perfect for us. She found one on the lot that fit our description perfectly. She was patient, professional, and engaging throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a vehicle here. Shoutout also to Roberto in the finance department. He was instrumental in helping us navigate the warranties available, and getting our paperwork done in a timely fashion. Overall this was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
