Even with a stomach flu, she quickly reprioritized her focus to me to answer all my questions with clarity and complete satisfaction. She is very knowledgeable, made herself available and accessible, communicated timely and clearly and took complete ownership over the care of my vehicle and my satisfaction. I will refer her to several friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Kudos from a very hard to please customer especially being sick! More

I ended up not buying a car, but hands down top tier treatment. Salespeople in cars are notorious, and I have always had very bad experiences. This is the only sales interaction that was genuinely refreshing, and that’s a HUGE complement. I never felt pressured or felt like any games were being played with me like other dealers have done in the past. I have never ever taken the time to review a dealership or anyone at a dealership but I am doing this because she was very very nice, genuinely took the time to talk to me, understand where I was coming from and tried her best to reason out (NOT PUT PRESSURE like others do). This was an interaction like no other, and I will happily vouch for the dealership and the people in it. Been here a couple times, and everyone is very warm, drama and headache free. First time walking out of a dealership not popping an Advil. More
