This is my 3rd time buying a car from Heritage Honda of Westminster. The buying experience made me feel like Lori Kiser and I are family. This experience in particular the bank I set up to finance my car fell through and I have to say that Lori and her manager Robert worked with me through the entire process. Robert ensured I had enough money for the vehicle I wanted by increasing the value of my car even though it may not have been worth that amount. My mother, sister, girlfriend and I have all purchased vehicles from Lori and worked with this dealership and all have high praises to sing about the dealership. Buying a car can seem like a daunting task but when you have a good sales person on your side it makes things significantly easier. Yes, I will be back in a few years to purchase another vehicle and I hope that Lori is still around. I honestly love this dealership and the people that work there. I don't even think this review does the dealership justice. Thank you Heritage Honda of Westminster! More

Lorri was incredibly helpful with helping me find the car I was looking for. Not only that, but she was also well versed in all the information regarding the vehicles I was interested in without having to lo I was looking for. We bought a 2019 CRV-EX from Lori Lorri Kiser, our salesperson, was very pleasant and knowledge. She met with my husband first and then I came back with him to look at the 2019 CRV-EX. She spent as much time as we needed since we were not only buying a new card but trading in our 2017 Honda Accord EX-so it was more complicated. We had already been to 2 other Honda dealerships and Lorri not only had the best price on the 2019 CRV-EX but also offered us more money for our trade in. We live in Frederick and normally I would not drive to Westminster to look at a car but my husband was so impressed with her offers that I went. Everything went very smoothly and I decided that we would trade in our Accord for the CRV. In fact, we were the ones who felt we had to leave when Lorri was showing us all the car features, had paired our phones with the car, set the radio stations and Sirius XM and which doors should open with the key etc. as we had left our dogs for a long time and needed to get home to let them out. We were told that we could come back for a refresher course on all the technology associated with our new car. We definitely need to do that. The dealership building is new and very attractive looking. One suggestion, the car buying process takes so long, I think they need to have snacks and drinks available to keep up your stamina. The person in finance who did our new car financing was very knowledgeable (sorry I forgot his name). We did not have our car sealed against all dangers to the seats, paint etc. I hope we don't regret that. We are also still thinking about the extended warranty and will probably get back to him soon with our decision. I would recommended this Honda dealership and Lorri, our salesperson, to anyone who needs a Honda. And it is a very pleasant drive from Frederick to Westminster. More
