Lori was great with helping me and keeping me updated about my car while being serviced and had a very positive customer service experience. One thing I was a bit frustrated about that I was not provided about my car while being serviced and had a very positive customer service experience. One thing I was a bit frustrated about that I was not provided a wheel lock when purchasing my car, and when asking the dealership about it, I was met with a rude response. Not having the wheel lock closed all of my options getting my tire fixed for a lot cheaper, and places a lot closer to me. The puncture in my tire was not found the first time, and I had to drive back up to get it checked out again. I was also a bit shocked with the amount I was charged for a patch being that it was not found the first time, and the tire is only a year old. I will most likely not come back to get my car serviced, but would come back to purchase another car in the future. More
