I was able to look at the inventory online, able to view the window sticker to see what packages and options were on each car so I knew exactly the car that I wanted when I walked in down to the VIN number the window sticker to see what packages and options were on each car so I knew exactly the car that I wanted when I walked in down to the VIN number told him the Vin number he brought up the car Gave me a very fair price agreed on it. No haggling straightforward car sale was done in 35 minutes.Louis M Bilous was very low pressure, straightforward a pleasure to deal with the people I entered acted with we’re friendly. The dealership was clean when I picked up my car. The gentleman I deal with was also low pressure. Pleasant answered all my questions. Everyone was knowledgeable of all the aspects of the vehicle overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. I’m gonna send anyone I know, looking for a Toyota to the dealership. The way dealership should be. I drove 20 miles from my house past two or three Toyota dealerships that I had unpleasant experiences with looking around at cars Smithtown was how a deal it should be pure pleasure. More

Outstanding dealership experience! The Toyota brand is not hard to sell but I've had experience at dealerships' of the Lexus brand whom I will not mention that were just miserable. Th The Toyota brand is not hard to sell but I've had experience at dealerships' of the Lexus brand whom I will not mention that were just miserable. The salesperson who served me was Louis Bilous. He was knowledgeable of the models, not at all pushy for a fast sale, and immediately took me for a test drive on a miserably cold night the first week on Jan. Louis had no issue with the fact that I planned to test drive a Subaru and Honda model afterward. The last week of the month I was back to purchase my new Crown Signia. Louis in sales, John Ferranola in finance, and the charming lady Carol whom picked me up from the train station were just wonderful. Great team, Thank you! More
