I know I can always trust Smithtown Toyota when looking for a vehicle. I have been to other dealerships and they give me the hard sell and it’s always ridiculous numbers they throw out. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Smithtown Toyota yesterday. I was met by Lou Bilous as soon as I walked in and he was great! He was able to get me into an even better vehicle than I expected and within our budget! He explained everything, answered all my questions, and I left the same day with my new car!! It should really speak volumes when someone comes back for their 3rd vehicle to the same dealership. Everyone here has always been wonderful. Our sales representative, Louis Bilous, was excellent and in our opinion is a valuable asset to Toyota. We think of going to a car dealership similar to going to a dentist, however, this was painless! Lou was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. He listened and responded to our requests and needs. As a result, we purchased our new car knowing we received a good price and confident that we will receive superior service from Smithtown Toyota.
