Words can't express how great the OTIS Dealership were in helping me with my new car purchase. They new how important it was to me and they took pictures as it came off the trailer, removed the stickers without destroying them and keeping them in perfect shape for my documentation records. They spent time explaining all the features to me and it was just a great experience. I traveled ~30 miles to work with them because from my first contact with them I felt a connection. If I were to buy another Ford I would travel the 30 miles again to deal with them. More

I purchased a new F-150 back in December 2009. The whole experience was very good, stress free, and almost seemed too easy. There are two others in close proximity to my home, with one as close as the next town, however they did not make me feel like I was their reason for being there, but rather just trying to sell me something, anything, even if it was not what I had discussed I was looking for. If you have a service issue & it's not resolved completely, they will make it right, every time (I even had an officer of the company call me at home one evening, just to be sure my issue had been resolved to my satisfaction). With many loaner replacement courtsey vehicles & a free car wash to boot, you really gotta feel good about your experience when you leave Otis. Both my wife & I buy & lease from Otis Ford. With three successful experiences in the last few years explains why I just bought my new 2010 Explorer there as well. More
