They de-mounted the tire to check for internal damage but found none.He spoke with the tire distributor who assured him that the tire was fine. But Lou wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and agreed to get me a new tire at no charge. He went "the extra mile" to make sure I was completely satisfied. I greatly appreciate his help and courtesy. More

Time for state inspection It was time for inspection and the "check engine" light was on. The diagnostics showed a vacuum leak and I wanted to get the inspection so I told Lou It was time for inspection and the "check engine" light was on. The diagnostics showed a vacuum leak and I wanted to get the inspection so I told Lou to have it fixed. The car had recently had a new gas tank installed. (a Ford recall) After the "smoke test", the Quick Lane techs referred the vehicle to the regular service department. They discovered the leak was a result of some fittings that were not properly tightened when the new tank was installed. I was expecting there to be a bill of some kind. To my astonishment, I was told there would be no charge for the repair. I spoke to Mike and Lou and they both were very polite and professional. I've had both my Ford vehicles in to Quick Lane and have been very pleased with how the service was completed and the fair pricing. More
