Bought a car Outright off the light was told I had to wait a couple days for the title. I ended up letting them do the state inspection and it failed and gave me the safety rejection sector and they allo wait a couple days for the title. It took three months for them to finally put a passing sticker on. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for a brand new battery that was supposed to be under warranty but it was out of date. I’ve also had to change two tires already and I find out that the tires are five years old but good trade I’ve also had to change two tires already and I find out that the tires are five years old but good tread to pull off the new tire. My car had cigarette butts hanging around all over the dashboard and floor From the mechanic that was fixing it with them knowing I was going to be returning with my newborn child fresh from the hospital to pick up my car. My car was also rummage through because I found personal information that I had in the trunk in the front seat in my game system was actually neatly put on the sea with a new game in it. I’m going to for the fifth time go in person and see what they are going to do for this unnecessary and very frustrating situation‘s. I paid for the car outright and when I test drove it everything was perfectly fine but now that I think that since I didn’t finance it they took out a lot of parts and replaced it. So far they have reimbursed me for one of the tires but not the other one or the battery yet. And I don’t know how they are even able to re-compensate me for the fact that they were smoking in my vehicle with everybody in that department including Sales knowing I was going to pick up my baby that was actually in labor but they still made me come in to finally and I mean finally after three months try to pass my state inspection. If it was me that were smoking in their rental car I would’ve been fined and all that good stuff but when it’s a customers car… I just took a loss more than a smoking fine for smoking in a rental I just lost value in my vehicle cause toxic air for my child that was just born and have a smoking smell that I’m still trying to get rid of. More

I wouldn’t recommend imperial Chevy! In the past two months I have bought two cars from this dealership, the first one I drove home to have the brake caliper seize on me and catch on fire.. so much for months I have bought two cars from this dealership, the first one I drove home to have the brake caliper seize on me and catch on fire.. so much for the 200+ inspection the cars go through there, it’s a joke the second vehicle was an truck and after about a week of owning it I had an check engine light come on keep in mind it was an 2018 truck with 28,000 miles I shouldn’t have these problems. Now today I have my transfer care leaking! Awful service they don’t know how to treat customers I’ve spent more time waiting there than I do driving there vehicles! 👎🏼 More

THE BEST !!! I was dealing first with the wonderful Lou Frasca, who was very patient and professional. I arrived at Imperial Chevy and was met by the Mgr Tom. He then had me work with J.D. the saleman. What a great Guy!! So very patient with me. I choose my car. (after changing my mind a few time, which didn't bother him a bit). Then I did the financial end with David. Again I cannot express the fact how wonderful he was to me. I was purchasing this by myself, and was nervous. He made the experience flawless. Everyone I worked with was so so nice to me. I also had a few chuckles with another salesman, Sam about my License plate... All in all I will recommend everyone to experiece the wonderment of Imperial Cars for all the purchases. Thanks for everything. Jan More
