Overall experience was great. Customer service was great, everyone was nice, and I was never given a hard time despite the almost full year it took me to purchase my lamborghini. I gave the Quality of work a 4 because there were some aesthetics on the vehicle had I not found myself, would not have been addressed prior to my purchase. Also the same day I brought the car home, the check engine light came on. It scared me, but after a quick trip back to the dealer, everything was fine. Although I would have given friendliness a 5 Overall, it received a 4 because first impressions are what matter most and the first time I had come about a year ago I don't think I was taken too seriously. I can't complain about the price, I got a good deal. More

I have to I was extremely please with the openness and friendliness of John and Louie. Not only were they more than understanding and they spent an incredible amount of time with me helping me understand friendliness of John and Louie. Not only were they more than understanding and they spent an incredible amount of time with me helping me understand the process of buying such an incredible car but they also were very patient and answered all my questions thru out the process. At no point did I feel they had anything more important to do other than to help me with my purchase and insure I was completely happy. Their attitude was a major selling point for me to become a Lamborghini owner and not some "other" car owner.
