I was searching for a Gallardo, and found my dream car on Ebay Classifieds. I dealt with John Hrad all the way from my research stage, to my purchase. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or mislead by him. His demeanor was classy and laid back. This is not usually the personality you find with many car dealers. I was also concerned that I would deal with snobby car salesmen. The gang at Lambo of Dallas have zero attitude. I had many questions throughout the process, and John couldn't be any more helpful. His communication was fantastic, and he always answered my phone calls and emails promptly. I purchased my car site unseen, so I really needed to trust who I was dealing with. I was comfortable with both John and Louie, never feeling like they just wanted to make a sale. Post purchase, they are still easily accessible and answer all of my questions. While I have bought other cars from Lambo Dallas before, it took me 4 years to purchase my Aventador Roadster from the time the dealership flew me out to California via private jet for a preview of the Aventador. They were patient and exceptional to work with through the buying experience. If I could buy every car I want to buy going forward through Lamborghini Dallas, I would be thrilled! BEST DEALERSHIP I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH! I was in the market for a 2012+ GTR Black edition and happened to see one on Lamborghini of Dallas website. From the moment I called the dealership ti I was in the market for a 2012+ GTR Black edition and happened to see one on Lamborghini of Dallas website. From the moment I called the dealership till taking delivery of the car I had never been treated so well. They treated me like family and wasn't pushy in trying to sell the car, Mike even talked to me about some different options for the same amount of money but in the end said I think you're making the right decision with the car you came in for. After the sale was complete most salesman wont pick up your phone call or respond to emails but Mike went the extra mile even after I had taken the car for a couple of weeks. He followed up on getting me a secondary key for the car, service records, and even sent me the pictures of the car I had requested from the ad. During my visit there I also dealt with Louie from their finance department. Another great guy at that dealership. Made me feel comfortable as we went over the financing options and rates. He got me the best rate possible all in the matter of 20min. I will be a customer at that dealership for life and will recommend anyone I know looking for an exotic to that dealership.
