While I waited at the dealership everyone treated me like a family and I felt at home. My needs were totally taken care of and even at the finalizing the deal Louie took very good care of me also and provided me with every details of the car and answered all my questions. I feel that I have gotten the best service from Lamborghini Dallas. Everyone made sure I get a fine vehicle when I walk out of there. Louie is intelligent, courteous, thoughtful and considerate. He structured a deal for me that was absolutely fair. He embodied qualities that are the exact opposite of the bad sterotypes we nornally hear about car-buying experiences. He was fair and up front and he kept his word. Louie made the purchase of my first Mercedes memorable. I love the car and I loved the service. (Lamborghini Dallas has a great mechanic on board named Milton too.) The formula for excellent services that Lamborghini Dallas provides should be infused into the drinking fountains of all car dealerships!!! More

Louie from the begining was extremely friendly and helpful. Made the experience very comfortable and easy. One piece I noticed about all of the staff in the location was that "They acknowledged m helpful. Made the experience very comfortable and easy. One piece I noticed about all of the staff in the location was that "They acknowledged me with a smile and eye contact everytime I was in there!. Excellent guest service. On a seperate note I had gone to Audi folks a week ago (On Plano Parkway) and this essential service piece was missing...No one acknowledged me ! Would never visit there again. More

I came into the dealership not expecting to purchase the vehicle that I saw on the web. (It was a bit out of my price range.) Louie was persistant and respectful and was willing to find a way to structur vehicle that I saw on the web. (It was a bit out of my price range.) Louie was persistant and respectful and was willing to find a way to structure the deal so that the purchase would fit into my lifestyle for the longterm. At the end of the day I was in the EXACT car I had been searching for over the previous two months. I have a good feeling about the car and the deal. I most enjoyed the fact that Louie handled the entire deal from the initial handshake to the the signing of the finance papers for the loan in the deal. That is a first in all the years of my new and used car buying experince. I will definitely come back to Lamborghini of Dallas for my next high end vehicle. Regards, Tony... More
