I just purchased a Brand New 2012 Aventador. Probably one of the easiest transaction Ive ever done. They have a great team at Lamborghini Dallas. Mike Durkey was my sales rep and he is a very friendly, likeable, laid back guy. He was one of the main reason for purchasing the new car. I have had many cars, high end to mid range, and this was definitely one of the best experiences I have had. Mike was great in every aspect of my encounter here, making sure everything went perfect. He even drove me home in traffic! I went down to check out the Aventador Demo when it came in and he said lets go for a spin! Their approach is what sold me. No evil eyes or attitude. Tim McKenna made sure I was kept up to date during the process of the order and Louie handled my trade in with perfection. These guys are all very unassuming and will make anyone feel comfortable no matter what vehicle you are buying or or selling. If you think this a snooty dealership, then think again. I found Lamborghini Dallas as a result of a Porsche Turbo they had listed on Ebay. I had actually discovered the car when it was owned (and for sale) by the previous owner, who then traded the car in on a us they had listed on Ebay. I emailed after hours and was quickly (within an hour) emailed back by John Hrad who was nothing but helpful, attentive, and professional. This was my first time buying a car without ever seeing it in person but given John's willingness to walk me through the car's in-and-outs and also setup and deliver the car for the PPI (at a vendor of my choosing), I knew I was working with true class act, "car guys". This was also my first time financing a vehicle and that is where Louie and John were able to work with together (and with me) to get the necessary information provided to my CU. Louie and John both answered emails(and the occasional phone call) immediately and made me feel as though I were buying a brand new car and not one that was 9 years old. I can say, without question, that I would happily buy another vehicle from John and would recommend him and Lamborghini Dallas to friends and family. Never did I feel like I was being "sold". John simply answered my questions and reassured my that the 911 was perfect as advertised. It was that and more! Thanks again to the entire group at Lamborghini Dallas! More

Managers are down to earth, humble and very professional to handle tough negotiation. No pressures felt from them. They are not in a hurry for you to make decisions. They are not intimidating unlike the other dealership. They ensure that you made a pleasant and rewarding buying experience with them. The product that I got from them was extremely perfect. I never seen it personally during the buying process but I just relied on their description. When I got the product, it is perfect and flawless and exactly the description they gave it to me in the phone and e-mail. Buying on-line with them is not a thing that you think twice or three times or having doubts because it involves huge amount of money, it is the trust and respect you develop with them from the initial conversation (inquiry process). This Is the second gallardo I have purchased from Dallas Lamborghini. The first in 2007 from John hrad. i pulled up to the dealership in a very dirty dodge pickup, which is my ranch truck. But at the door I was still greeted as a regular customer never being inside the dealership, and no one inside knowing if I could afford the car or maybe just a hotwheel. I was still treated well. I purchased the car that day and kept it almost four years and just recently traded for a second 2011 gallardo with the same salesman John hrad.
