Wonderful timely response--going the extra mile. Louie Fouts arranged for my vehicle, which had to be towed in, arriving at 10:00 AM, to be looked at within a few hours, evaluated, and either be fixe Louie Fouts arranged for my vehicle, which had to be towed in, arriving at 10:00 AM, to be looked at within a few hours, evaluated, and either be fixed or left to be worked on, with me leaving in a rental car. All of this so I could get to work (forty miles away) before 3:00, It all happened, with Toyota paying for rental car since the needed part had to be ordered to get there the next morning. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Louie offered to stay a little after closing time if I needed that to arrive and get my vehicle. He even helped me transfer items in my car to the rental car. Kudos!! And thank you. More
