He’s truly a gentleman who gives honest service and advice. I refer anyone I know who’s looking to buy a new car to Louis. He’s a great person to do business with. When it comes to the Service Dept, always had great timely service. The very few times I had any major work to be done, they either set me up with a rental car if the repair was going to take more than a day or dropped me off at work and picked me up to bring me back to the dealership when my truck was ready if it was a service that was going to take longer but would be done within the same day. Overall, their customer service is A #1 in my book. Plus, my family is a Ford family. And today I drove off the lot in my third new 2018 Ford Explorer Limited! YEAH!!!!😃😃😃 LOVE IT!!!!!😊😊😊😊 Also, there is a very special someone who is a natural when it comes to customer service...Parker the cat.
