I put off trading in my old van because I was dreading having to deal with an aggressive dealership. I was scared from past experience that I didn't know enough about cars to not get taken in a humiliati having to deal with an aggressive dealership. No hard sell but very knowledgeable. They took their time with me and not once did I feel I was in a hard sell situation. I got the Subaru I've always wanted in an experience that was by far the best ever. Buy a Subaru and buy it from Art and the folks at Subaru of Kennesaw. I know it sounds too glowing and too good - but the experience really was. I had no idea it was this straightforward and pleasant to buy a car. I would have done it years ago. More

Also, there is equal pressure to suppress anything other than positive customer feedback. This tendency is what keeps Subaru of Kennesaw from being a great dealership. Positive reviews provide information about what is being well and should continue. However, without feedback on areas that could be improved, one cannot improve. SoK never ask customers how their service might could be improved; only what they are doing well. I even talked with the owner. He is a very impressive fellow with a voice that could be an announcer's. He seems to be very supportive of his employees and is very proud of his operation. But my impression was that he was not interested in hearing how the dealership could be better serve me. After all, you can't improve on perfection. More

This was the easiest car purcahse ever. I was able to communicate my needs to Stephanie and she was able to fit my needs.
