I had been looking for some time when I was contacted by Rebecca, Stephanie had contacted me previously by email but I had begun negotiations with another dealer. Matt said Becca told him a little of my story he asked if I could tell him, I did. He was sympathetic and said our dealership doesnt work like that. He worked me up a fair offer and presented it to me, no pressure let me make my mind up and was there when I decided it was the offer for me. The customer service I received from Matt,Becca,And Stephanie who actually finished the deal, was reminiscent of times gone by when customers buisness had to be earned. This was my second purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek through Subaru of Kennesaw. Although it is not the closest dealership to me, they have proven to be the most responsive and productive to work with. I initially contacted them via the website 6 years ago and connected with Stephanie Nathanael. She was so easy to work with, mainly on the phone and via email that I came back to her and the dealership to trade up that 2019 Crosstrek to an new 2025 Crosstrek. Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, responsive, flexible and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. I wish they were closer so I could take advantage of their service group as well. More
