There were a lot of numbers being tossed around in the beginning, but that’s just the Josh Castaldo was the sales rep that helped me pick out the car. There were a lot of numbers being tossed around in the beginning, but that’s just the base figures that might be the price of the car. Once we picked out the year, make, and model of ghe vehicle that I wanted to drive off the lot with, that’s when everything became more clear. Josh was very helpful and sat down with me to break it all down. And he did so by being a genuine person, not some sales man trying to shove a sale at me. He understood that this was my first car, that this was a big decision for me, and that I still have expenses like paying for college. With all of the information that I provided him, the trade in car that I had, and all the expenses I told him I personally had; we care to a payment agreement that worked out for the both of us . He did what every sales rep should do, and that’s put the interest of the customer first. I not only recommend Carl black in Orlando, but i personally will recommend that everyone see Josh Castaldo for a great car buying experience. More
