Great sales experience, one problem in delivery They went out of their way to get me the Volt I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock, and at a price I could accept and still feel that I g They went out of their way to get me the Volt I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock, and at a price I could accept and still feel that I got a great deal. The whole purchase went smoothly although I don't know why it took so long. Only negative was that since they had to bring the car from a dealer in another city, the battery charger was left behind. This was frustrating as I then had to drive the car on the gas motor for a few days; exactly what my purchase was trying to avoid. Their communication in resolving this was also lacking and it seemed I had to push to get any action. But they did get it resolved after 3 days and also provided a little compensation for my troubles. Yet the situation was rare, and it seems they are still learning the ins and outs of selling the electric cars. More
