Met with Aaron Gillison first and had a very positive conversation about the CX-5 model and configuration we were looking for. Aaron is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all Mazda models and was a very big help. He toured us around a CX-5 there on the lot and let us take the car for a test drive. When we came back, we'd decided on a different interior. Aaron then introduced us to Anthony Farber, who was assigned to help us locate a model with the interior we desired and take us through to completion of our lease agreement. Anthony was also very personable. He located a model in the local area that met our needs and arranged for the vehicle to be transferred to the dealership. Anthony then introduced us to Louis Safdie from Finance to begin working the numbers. Really appreciated the modern desktop display Louis used for completing all the paperwork. Felt like we were in the movie, Minority Report! Louis explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and we completed all the paperwork quickly and easily. I was provided a loaner car so I could head home while the CX-5 we selected was transported to the dealership. I was called back at the time promised and the car was ready, red carpet and all! A terrific car leasing experience... maybe the best I've ever experienced. Highly recommended! More

I just really don't like anything in the process: looking, dealing with the salesperson, the sales manager, or the finance people. The experience that I just had with Mazda or Roswell was everything that I wasn't expecting and I'm glad I spent a few hours there buying my new car. They were professional, knowledgeable, and surprisingly not too pushy. I came with very little intention of leaving with a car, actually knowing that I wouldn't. Kendrick and Aaron were great on the sales side and Louis on the finance side was super as well. the whole process was casual and relaxing and thankfully, pretty quick. I'd recommend Mazda of Roswell to anyone interested in a Mazda, or just a new car in general. Well done. Derek Carruth More

Test drive was so much fun and the whole process was not stressful at all. Going to buy or lease a car usually is a tooth pulling and painful process......Not Here! These guys hit a home run with me!!! Dealerships are put under a microscope and the industry has a stereo type but these guys certainly break that mold. More

I knew exactly what I wanted when I came into Mazda of Roswell to make a deal. I had prices from other dealers and a good idea of what I needed for my trade. Nate was fantastic and worked with me to get a deal I was very happy with. Every person we worked with was great. Aaron is known around the dealership as the All things Mazda expert and he walked us through all the features of our new MX5. He took his time and answered all questions. Louis the finance guy walked us through the paperwork and was even entertaining during the process. Made the boring part fun, informative and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I was that happy. Thanks Mazda of Roswell, I'm having a blast in this go-cart of a car. More
