Mr. McGill readily scheduled an appointment after applying for the damaged part. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met with the Friendly advisor, Lourie Bruner, and Technician Tyler Bartolomei (names which I gleaned from the final report but neglected to find out at the time. All in all, the repair of the damage and the inspection of the vehicle was done completely, quickly and efficiently. As a follow-up, Olivia Depalto emailed me to ask if I had any questions.
