Luan Nuriu has been in the automotive industry for 36 years. Luan’s career began with Nissan in the early 80’s and under his direction Luan grew the service operation into the largest Nissan Service Department in the USA. After 11 years with Nissan Luan moved to a Honda/VW/Suzuki franchise where he became known as the industry leader in Customer Satisfaction. Then in the late 90’s Luan went “High Line” and became the Service Director at Mercedes Benz of Miami, one of the largest dealerships in South Florida. During his 8 years with Mercedes Benz Luan’s service department became known for performing the “Job Right the 1st Time”. Luan joined in Audi 2004, and since joining Audi Luan’s service operations have consistently performed in the “Top 10%” in the USA.

May 25, 2023 RJEDISON VERIFIED CUSTOMER Worst dealer ever … sold me bad car. Entire team was unresponsive to my calls & issues. New car was out of oil before I arrived home. Was not pre-serviced befo ever … sold me bad car. Entire team was unresponsive to my calls & issues. New car was out of oil before I arrived home. Was not pre-serviced before sale. Many phone users & saved locations were in the MMI data system. Many add on accessories were not initially with the car. Car had not been prepped, wash or waxed. Main key FOB did not work even after several battery changes. Dealer did not provide loaner for additional service required. Had to rent at Enterprise where I was provided an old Elantra with over 60k miles & wasn’t reimbursed for my gas nor expenses as promised. Dealer did not accept Costco Audi coupon for my new purchase. Was kept waiting for very long periods of time due to dealers neglect in preparing the car for delivery. I went to Audi Service Shop Quick very important to me fix my car do it the license tag was broke to fix the new replace asking to Lunar Nurlu Service Manager first then after with Steven Meyer took care fix my car do it the license tag was broke to fix the new replace asking to Lunar Nurlu Service Manager first then after with Steven Meyer took care new replace fix himself the license tag my car was broke pop off from other Audi Showroom 3 years ago.Both are very bravo and very helpful to fix quick to new replace all set up fix all doing excellent job… I’m very proud of both with Luna Nurlu and Steven Meyer doing great good job and appreciate it to both very much.
