After being misled and disappointed by Mark Allen in Collinsville staff, I was very nervous about trying again. So nervous I wouldn’t give them my phone number. Started by email and let them know what car and package I wanted. First dealt with Katrina that put me in touch with Lucus. He was very patient with my apprehensions. I told him I wanted a particular vehicle and didn’t want to come in until the papers were ready to sign. I bothered him incessantly until I got my down payment all situated. I let him know I was coming in and I got to test drive my vehicle. Still in love with it. I signed my papers, met with finance guy Rob and he made it easy. Explained everything and got me a lower interest rate. I drove away with my brand new vehicle and my boyfriend got a hat! I won’t ever buy anywhere else!
