I went to this service center 10/07. When I got there I saw a lot of cars lining up and thought this is going to take a while but it didn’t! I waited inside while my car keys were being made they had coffee and snacks. I received my keys in a timely mannered and Lucia let me know I got a complimentary car wash. I left the place happy. The worst experience at the customer care desk. Was treated so rudely by Danielle. She was so disrespectful, dismissive and so unprofessional.
