Took my SUV in and I was told that my breaks is in urgent needs and battery is super low. It needed to be changed right away for over $1,500. I took to Firestone and my battery was still ver strong an urgent needs and battery is super low. It needed to be changed right away for over $1,500. I took to Firestone and my battery was still ver strong and my breaks was at 5-6. I’m not sure if is because I’m a lady or do Honda often do these to people thinking that they will not take it to another opinion first. Not good customer service. I will never take back to Manly Honda ever again and advise people I know not to take their car/suv there. More

Our Service Representative was very helpful when we had to return our vehicle after a Manly transmission service that was not done properly. She explained what corrections would be done and kept us posted to return our vehicle after a Manly transmission service that was not done properly.
