Good morning and thanks for the input. I was looking into your visit and see that your service Advisor was Brian Dorsey on the repair order. I believe the day you came in was Lucia's first day with us so I can see how some confusion can occur. I apologize for that. Was there something in particular that influenced you to rates her friendliness and customer service as a 1 star? The 2 years Lucia worked at our Hyundai store, I never have received a concern of unfriendliness, so I am curious to know what happened here. I can totally understand the pricing concern. The part needed to fix the concern is over $1600.00 That's expensive. Did Brian assist you at any point? I trying to figure out the breakdown so I can correct it. Thanks again for the input and I am very sorry for the experience you had. I hope we are better able to serve you in the future. I hope to hear from you soon. I see, that makes sense. Lucia first day as a Service Advisor and handles Oil changes and minor maintenance like tire rotations and air filters.. She wouldn't know how to properly explain a Anti-Lock Brake system yet. I think she was just trying to help during our staff shortage we were experiencing at the time of your visit. Sounds like Brian was the one that failed you by not properly keeping you updated. I will go over that with him. Thanks again for your input. It is appreciated very much. I am sorry for the experience. I think your next visit will be much better. Let me know if there is something I can do to assist or any questions I can answer. I would be happy to help. The part needed for your car runs the Anti Lock Brake system. It has an internal failure. This type of part is not repairable. Its will always be a straight replacement. The techs do not open these up for any reason. All the failed modulators are sent back to Honda to be rebuilt by the Vendor that manufactures them. Very pricy parts though. Zach Roberts

Brain was great! It was my first visit that I didn’t receive a call until 530 ish that my vehicle was ready not just that’s but that day she didn’t explain things to me very well.
