Poor customer service and communication. Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspect Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspections were different despite the car being held in service department the whole time. Did not offer rental or any accommodations. I would never recommend buying or getting car serviced there to anyone. More

Came in for a scheduled transmission oil change on my 2022 Santa Cruz. After registering and waiting for more than an hour, the service representative told me that there was no transmission oil in stock 2022 Santa Cruz. After registering and waiting for more than an hour, the service representative told me that there was no transmission oil in stock. My commute was one hour up and back. I wasted my time and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
