Poor customer service and communication. Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspect Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspections were different despite the car being held in service department the whole time. Did not offer rental or any accommodations. I would never recommend buying or getting car serviced there to anyone. More

I have a 2002 Ford F250 I took it in for an alignment. They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call me back. They did not. Thursday I called. They said somebody would call and tell me when the truck would be ready they did not. I became angry and wanted to speak to the service manager. He later called and told me everything that was wrong with my truck other than the alignment at this point I was so mad I told them not to touch my truck and bring it back to me. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Parks Ford. I will never take my truck back to them again. Something as simple as being aligned, they are rifling senior citizens to get more money. Shame on you Parks Ford. They say they’re under new management their service and tactics haven’t changed at all in the past 10 years If you wanna call me, you can my name is Steven Langston. Came in for a scheduled transmission oil change on my 2022 Santa Cruz. After registering and waiting for more than an hour, the service representative told me that there was no transmission oil in stock 2022 Santa Cruz. After registering and waiting for more than an hour, the service representative told me that there was no transmission oil in stock. My commute was one hour up and back. I wasted my time and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Extreme incompetence and knowledge of parts and accessories for the Hyundai Santa Cruz. They are however, experts in telling the customer what they think they want to hear. I have spent a major por accessories for the Hyundai Santa Cruz. They are however, experts in telling the customer what they think they want to hear. I have spent a major portion of my life and gas money running to and from the dealership for a problem which should’ve been handled in the first month of buying the car. I purchased the car in January And I’m still having the problem in getting the appropriate accessory installed. I am again scheduled for tomorrow and we will see if this trip will appropriately handle the problem. This experience has been so extreme that I will never buy another Hyundai vehicle from this dealership. Finally was scheduled to have new module installed in vehicle on the 19th. I was all prepared to take my Santa Cruz to dealership and wait on the installation. I received a phone call from service manager Luciano that morning asking if I would like him to send a driver to get my vehicle for the fix and return it to me. I graciously. Accepted his offer and a was sent to my home and picked up my car. It was delivered back to my home approximately four hours later and I immediately hooked it to my trailer to make sure all lights were working properly. Everything checked out so I let the driver Return to dealership. This never should’ve happened in the first place and seemed to be a total miscommunication with Hyundai at fault. It severely damaged my faith in the dealership. It is however over now and service tech Luciano has done everything to make me happy and resolve the issue. Thank you! More
