New microfilter installed. When starting cold, a soapy perfumy smell comes through ac vents on a cold start. The smell leaves after about a minute but always returns on a cold start. This was my first experience with Sarasota BMW. Lucy, my advisor, was excellent. Communicated with me throughout the process. John was especially helpful- I arrived to pick up my car, but the service depa advisor, was excellent. Communicated with me throughout the process. He had to walk the lot (with a cast boot on!) to find my car. He definitely went above and beyond! More
