So here is my story, I had been to 6 different dealers from buy here pay here’s etc, every single person either demanded more money down, or flat out told me NO. I had lost hope until I heard Mr HUGEEEEE over the radio, so I decided to come on down, my credit is fair, so I was still hopeful. Luis greeted me at the door with a HUGEEEE smile, he understood this was my first time doing this, sonhe took his time he explained everything to me how it works, what to expect I mean the entire process, I was totally comfortable after that and we completed the process, they even gave me a loaner car to get Home due to the fact closing time approached and we would need to finialize everything the next day. The following day I came in all my paperwork was complete, my monthly payment was reasonable all of the benefits that came with my car blew my mind. Long story short FUCCILLO KIA IS THE PLACE TO GO, and LUIS CASTELLAMOS IS THE MAN TO SEE. More

A magical car buying experience! I came to Fuccillo Kia a little nervous but eager to check out some of the very good looking pre owned Kias in stock. Louis was there to greet me even I came to Fuccillo Kia a little nervous but eager to check out some of the very good looking pre owned Kias in stock. Louis was there to greet me even though i was just a walk in and I had gotten there faily late (oops!). I came with a short list and he brought out both cars for me to test drive. Never once did he try to put me in a car I didnt want. He completely let me guide the whole car buying process. From start to finish it was a few hours and I truly appreciate the time they spent after their closing time to grt me in the dreamiest Kia Optima. Its so lovely I would swear it was brand new. Thank you so much for getting me in a loaner car to make it to my destination, taking the time to explain everything to me in regards to my old car, new car, constant updates and the thousand questions I had plus you were up front and honest with me. Luis and Tim, you're awesome! Buying the new car was easy and hassle free. It was effortless and not a stressful situation and y'all worked with me to get me where I needed to be.
