Did not do the repair I requested. Luis, service writer, did not communicate the repair issue to the technician. I brought my car in the afternoon before the appointment to show Luis what my issue was with the fog lamps on my 2006 Mustang GT. I brought it in the next morning as scheduled. I was called in the afternoon to pick it up. I looked at what they did and the instructions on the repair order. All they did was remove and reinstall new fog lamp assemblies. The issue was to trouble shoot what was causing the frosting of the mirror surface on the reflective housing. That message was not not on the work order. They do not have a qualified automobile electronic technician nor the equipment to troubleshoot electrical. So, if you have an electrical issue. Don't go here. After spending over a 1/2 day debating the basis of the issue, the parts department refused the money for the 2 lamps - $283. The service Dept. finally refunded the $202. But I spent over 1/2 day at the dealership while debating this matter with Luis in service and waiting for them to put the old parts back in. I'll continue to use them for routine scheduled maintenance, only because they are the closest Ford dealer to me, but not for repairs. They lost my trust. More

My vehicles will no longer come to Hemborg for service The wait time for pick up was to long. Service normally I have awesome service, but this last time I was a little bothered, when they rotate tires I do not understand that they me drive away with a normally I have awesome service, but this last time I was a little bothered, when they rotate tires I do not understand that they me drive away with a slashed front tire, I noticed it no one brought it to my attention I would think when you go in for a rotation, the tires SHOULD BE INSPECTED by the Tech, if I wouldnt have never notice and the tire popped there could have been major accident, tore up the front end of my / your Explore "this is a Lease" Luis was great but the TECH should have inspected the tires especially on a Rotation More

Stay Away Hemborb Ford Last week i took my ford escape in for service. The service representative that helped me was LUIS. During the pre service inspection he told me that Last week i took my ford escape in for service. The service representative that helped me was LUIS. During the pre service inspection he told me that i need to change my tires. After the pre inspection i asked him to get me a quote on different brands of tires. The service on my car took two hours. After the service was done a technician bought in my car keys and gave it to Luis. Then Luis handed the keys to some other service representative and went on lunch. Before he went on lunch i heard him say that he needs to get me a quote for the tires. However, after he left the other service representative didn't give me quote and she just gave me the vehicle inspection report card. I didn't want make fuss because i was already waiting in the service station for almost two hours. Guess Luis was to busy to get me a quote and getting a quote for me wasn't that important. According to the vehicle report they gave me everything was okay except for the tires, cabin air filter, and rear wiper blades. Nobody told me anything about replacing my battery. Two days after the service, when i tried to start the car it didn't start and then when i checked the battery, the terminals were rusty. After jump starting my car i took to the car to a wallmart auto center to get the battery inspected. After inspecting it they told me that the battery needs to be replaced and the dealer have to do it. As I had to go to work on that day I sent the vehicle through my father to the dealer. My father went in and talked to the service manager about the battery and asked them why they didn't tell me anything about the battery. He has looked up my car on the computer and told my father that they already informed me about the battery and brake replacement. According to them I didn't want to get the battery and brake replacement from the dealership. Afterwards, he got the battery replaced by the dealership. If they told me the battery should be replaced i would have done it immediately. Even during the service nobody told me that the battery needs to be replaced immediately. According to the vehicle report it says that the battery needs future service. It doesn't say anything about immediate replacement. The hemborg service department is horrible and in the end they will try to shift all the blame to you. More
