I had a long running issue with a control module. Robert (service mgr) was great. He stayed on the problem until it was resolved. (this was over a number of service calls over the issue. I received my new custom ordered 2022 F250 last week and within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, bu within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, but were holding on tonthem. Believe me, i called and researched everywhere as well. Robert Quintero and Luis worked their magic and were able to source then part in several days! I appreciate all the phone calls and leg work they had to-do to get me on the road. Great Job gentlemen. More

Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter.
