And also a female staffer I called in and spoke to decided it would be a good idea and tell me I don't know how to read. If your plan is to insult even the most basic customer having a difficult spot in life then you definitely don't deserve my business when times are better.

This is a classic bait-and-switch dealership trying to

take advantage of people. DO NOT GO HERE. I regret having leased my car through here, but I was in a time crunch as my lease was coming to an end and I previously had no issues with Hyundai or any other Hyundai dealer (I have leased a Hyundai for the last 6 years).
This dealer acts in bad faith, and I should have went elsewhere after having to leave the first time. For a dealer that prides themselves on customer service, they do not have your best interest at heart - only their pocketbook. The salesperson also told me that he does not make commission on his car sales, but only on the surveys - a complete lie! What is the point of saying that except to guilt you into leaving a good survey review? Clearly that is their corporate push so they get incentives from Hyundai corporate. Again, that is a bad faith move.
There's a reason people have taken the time to share their negative experiences here - this dealer takes no action to write the wrongs that have been done (publicly responding to people's negative reviews and saying they will do something is as far as it goes). Do your research and lease/buy a car elsewhere.

This customer leased a vehicle 2 months ago in October. On 12/13/2024 she reached out asking us to extend her temporary tag to which we were more than happy to provide for her so long as the DMV would allow it. The DMV would not allow it in this instance because everything was ready at the DMV with a "Title Number" and at that point, it is illegal for the dealership to issue a new temporary tag on behalf of the State. The customer was also under the impression that the Registration fee was included with her purchase, which in Colorado is not the case, the dealership is not allowed to charge or collect registration fees, it strictly between the customer and the DMV. This was her first time purchasing a vehicle in Colorado and upon discussing the matter with her, she thought that it worked like it did in California. We provided an honest experience with a $12,750 discount on the car she leased and provided her an excellent service. During the negotiation period, the customer came in 3 separate times, with her husband/significant other cussing names at one of our managers several times. Graciously, we continued to work with this customer, knowing that car buying can be stressful and triggering for some people. In the end, he came into the dealership, cussing and screaming at several customers and employees and we had no choice to call the police once the threats started flying. I am saddened to even have to write such a response, however, the customer is right 99.9% of the time, not 100% of the time, and this particular customer did not get their way through bullying, threatening and intimidating our staff and customers. I, the GM, personally called the customer to apologize that neither side had the ending they intended to have, and that it was best that we no longer do any business together whatsoever and gave her our best wishes.
