Do to my current circumstances it was a bit difficult this time to get what I wanted but Frank Luciano was wonderful! He catered to my needs and wants and drove me around until I found the car that was right for me, An upgrade and new experience with luxury and style, I actually love my car! Frank was focused and spent time with me patiently looking at different vehicles on his lot, on line and others that were on their way! Thank you Frank, I’m glad I came back to Ford Country! Also his manager Mike topped the deal with agreeing to my demands as I can be a brat sometimes, but still he complied and was very kind! You feel the pride in their great customer service! I must also thank their Finance Representative Luis Cruz, very professional but down to earth and understanding! He made it possible so I can have this deal! He went beyond what I expected, I’m truly thankful! Forever grateful for this team at Ford Country in Henderson Nevada, they treat you like family! DO NOT BUY CERTIFIED PREOWNED FROM THEM! I bought a 2017 F150 3.5l eco boost less than a week ago and I have a consistent knocking sounds coming from the engine. It is so loud I can hear it over my music in F150 3.5l eco boost less than a week ago and I have a consistent knocking sounds coming from the engine. It is so loud I can hear it over my music inside the cab of the truck. I decided to take it in to get looked at.. long story short I was told the knocking is normal and they will not look into it any further until something breaks or I have a check engine light. So I’m left here with a vehicle I can’t stand to drive due to hearing the constant knocking sound every time I drive it. I also had one of their 2017 F-150 3.5l on the lot be started and warmed up to prove mine is noticeable louder, as the sale man agreed and stated that doesn’t sound good there is still nothing they are willing to do to help me. I will never buy from Ford or this branch again. This was my third ford and second from them, every time it’s been issues weather I bought brand new or “certified” used. Are they even checking the vehicles before being “certified” preowned? More

The car arrived 8 weeks earlier than expected and it is perfect. I was treated professionally from the time I stepped in the door to purchase the vehicle and that courtesy continued on until I drove it of perfect.
