I have not had a good experience with this dealership since I bought my car. However, I was recently assigned a new service manager, Michael Troedel and I honestly could not say enough good things about since I bought my car. However, I was recently assigned a new service manager, Michael Troedel and I honestly could not say enough good things about him. He knows his stuff, is respectful, cares and is a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed working with him. I met met Brad Troedel as well who is head of the service department for the first time and he could not have been more helpful. I'm really appreciative for their help given the issues I've had with my vehicle since the day I pulled out of the dealership. If you have any choice of service managers to work with it absolutely has to be Michael!! More
