I was pleased to experience his ‘relationship focused’ approach, making sure that I was receiving care and attention to my needs, rather than just trying to sell me a car. I would have returned to Ben regardless if I had made a purchase that day, and feel that at least part of the reason that I walked away with new keys was due to his service, and not just because I really liked the car. Luis also continued this great experience with regards to financing, providing the same friendly and helpful attitude while closing the deal.
